Try Ons & Ordering
Have you tried on the correct style/size of your item? Samples are available for try on in Human Resources . Please make sure you order correctly, as there are no returns. At checkout, you will be asked to acknowledge the no-return policy.

Uniform Policy
The Uniform Policy was thoroughly acknowledged during the Orientation process. The policy is updated as needed, and is available for your review.
Payment Method
Before check out, you will be asked to select a method of payment- cash/check or payroll deduction. By selecting cash or check, you are agreeing to pay for your uniforms via cash/check when the items arrive. You will be contacted to arrange payment. By selecting payroll deduct, you are authorizing Medical Center Clinic to initiate payroll deduction for your uniform order. This amount will be deducted over 4 pay periods. If the amount is under $20, the total will be taken out on one pay period.
Embroidery
Please select either Medical Center Clinic or the department logo in which you are working. You may select additional embroidery, including your name or title but this does not replace the use of wearing a name badge.
